Carla: The Holy Spirit channelings were part of my work before I wrote A Channeling Handbook. I was working on tuning and challenging and determined that the best time for that was at the very end of morning offering, after our prayer. Jim and I would then sit, I would do my tuning and challenging, and then I would open to channel just a thought, since I felt it was discourteous to rouse my guidance without giving her a listen. My guidance is the Holy Spirit, and I call her Holly.
