This is the Day

Carla wrote this story and poems during the Lenten season one year. It is the account of a boy and a tree who grow up together. The cycles of season, age and all of nature are celebrated and remembered. It is a very sweet story and one easy to enjoy. The sense of humor is especially pronounced as the topic turns to telephones, of which Carla has a marked dislike.
